Tie caot is the first layer on the fiber, we add Bonding agnt to the mixer

Controling Doctor blade depending on how many GSM i want to add. When we add Tie coat the GSM we add depend on the fiber type.

In each tower, there are 8 fans-zones the first 2 zones flow rate of 1500M3/s and the rest are about 1900M3/s When the fiber enters the exchanger the coat is still wet so we cant apply high speed. There are 4 oil pipelines that enter at 220C and 4 return to the boiler cycle.
